This is how I look at the end of every week lol. So time to recharge. ad Sundays are usually days where I get some uninterrupted time all to myself. Some days I spend it with you in stories and some days I work on projects.

Today, I shared some bathroom organization tips in stories. Part 1 of the playroom is complete. Gosh, I can’

Part 1 of the playroom is complete. Gosh, I can’t tell you how excited I am to have this reading nook for the kids. I am hoping this space continues to nurture my oldest’s love for reading and maybe the other two will follow suit.

Last month all their books were sitting on picture ledges and every time you went to grab a book, 10 would fall to the ground. Now they have a functional space where they can sit on these beautiful and most comfortable gifted @Article #NordChair while reading all their favorite books.

I’ve opted to keep the slat wall natural for now. I may change my mind once the rest of the room is done, although I am loving it in its current state. What do you guys think? #ourarticle

This reading corner for the boys that I have been

This reading corner for the boys that I have been talking about the past month is finally coming to life. It took a few tries but I think I am finally happy with where it is going.

I am excited to have this space, especially for my oldest who loves to read. He is that kid that is reading while walking, from one class to another, from the house to the car, at the dinner table, while he is putting on his clothes🙈. It is one of the reasons why we are always late to everything. It drives me wild but also makes me so happy at the same time lol.

The boys have already started their countdown to Halloween. 33 days to go. What is your favorite trick or treat candy? We pretty much all fight for the Twix bars.

It feels like 95 today but Fall has arrived to my front porch.

It all started with a quick grocery run to Costco. Then, I couldn’t pass up the $10.99 mums even though I have a history of killing them in record time😩. It then quickly lead to a full Fall porch refresh, lol, so here we are.

My kitchen had a whole month off while we were awa

My kitchen had a whole month off while we were away. Now that we are back, it is working overtime. If you were following along in stories, my goal was to start drinking more water. Well, on day one I shared my attempt by adding lemons to it and you all came at me lol. Apparently too much lemon water is NOT a good thing for your teeth 😬. EPIC FAIL!

In addition to my goal of drinking more water, I want to be eating healthier to get rid of that co vid15. Lots of salads in my future so I got these cute oil and vinegar dispensers and so of course I had to make a riser to display it. Easiest diy ever 👐🏻 if you want to check it out in my stories.

My house is completely spotless, from top to bottom. I made sure of it. I was cleaning like a mad lady the entire day before we left. Fresh clean bedding on everyone’s bed because our bed is what I look forward to most when we return, even if it’s only for one night before our next trip 🙈.

I decided to give the $20 side table I had on my front porch a little makeover with a $500 table as inspiration. I used the pine boards from the plant wall that I took down in my lanai.

I still need to stain it but I am absolutely loving it.

This has been such an easy DIY and honestly so therapeutic for me. I found the entire process extremely relaxing plus it is so so pretty! This picture does not do it justice!!! I will show you up close in stories or you can swipe left. Let me know what you think think!

I mainly used what I had on hand and this canvas cost me less than $4.

Window casings are done and our bedroom makeover is officially completed. This was an easy DIY with minimal tools but definitely made a big impact to the room. To make our bedroom extra cozy, I layered in these beautiful chevron faux mink throw pillows and blanket from the new Loom + Forge collection at @JCPenney. (ad) Not only does it add texture to the space but it is so soft and cuddly that somehow it always ends up in the kids’ room.
