Ok so it’s been a while since my last fab find post. Life has been a bit hectic lately between various ongoing projects, home renovations, mom life and family visiting from Toronto.
One of my favorite places to shop for household items is World Market. I love their eclectic collection of items. You can find a range of styles from modern contemporary to bohemian to South African influenced decor.
They are currently having a dining room sale (up to 60%) and it’s pretty fabulous so make sure to go check it out.
I picked up this live edge dining table this week with the 30% discount and will be using it to create a dining room/office space for a client who needs her dining room to serve multiple functions This table actually looks even more beautiful in person, with the live edge giving it that rustic feel; combined with the metal legs for a more contemporary look.
Here is the matching bench to go with the above dining table. Benches are a great way to save space if your dining room is on the smaller side. Often it would fit more people, great for kids and since there is no back, it visually occupies less space.
You’ll find these lantern pendant lights all over Pinterest and Instagram. At this price point, you just can’t go wrong.
I am also in love with the color and style of this dining table. It is a solid pinewood table. If you’re looking for a dining table to add to a farmhouse look, this would be a great addition.
I love the rustic detail and color on these chairs. If you’re looking for a subtle pop of color, these dining chairs will definitely do the trick.
If you would rather stay on the neutral side, then I would go with this chair. It would still add the character and charm to the space while maintaining a neutral palette.
I have loved these wishbone chairs for quite some time now. Its silhouette and ivory faux fur definitely adds glamour.
You can really never go wrong with a little mid-century detail in any space. Combined with the clear transparent color, not visually occupying much space, this chair is totally a winner. You have the mid-century detail while still keeping it simple and minimal.
Another item you have probably seen all over Instagram and Pinterest is this Juju hat. This is definitely a conversation piece and will add interest and a texture to your walls. They also have a smaller one here.
A great and simple way to update a kitchen is to change out your bar stools if you have an island or peninsula. The combination of wood and metal continues to be very trendy and would definitely add a modern touch to any space.
This bar stool is also a great option if you want to have back support, which in my mind is great (perhaps must have) for kids.
We all know how much I love the mix of metal and wood and this sideboard is just that. It offers tons of storage and would probably work great as a media console as well.
And now how cute is this gold rolling bar cart? This could easily be stationed in a dining room to serve drinks for your guest or be moved around if you’re having a more casual setting such as in the living room by the couch. I think this would be even more fun and whimsical used as a book case with an interesting painting/art hanging on the wall above it. What do you think?
I hope you take advantage of the sale before it ends. Leave me a comment if you found this helpful!
XO,
Kim
