5 Easy Tips To Organize Your Bathroom

Bathrooms are a part of our home that can definitely get easily cluttered. I often find myself throwing items into cabinets and drawers without thinking where they belong. I quickly accumulate a mess and it takes a long time to find what I am looking for which is frustrating especially when I am in the rush. In order to make life easier and save time I went thru my drawers and cabinets and reorganized everything. In this post I am sharing 5 easy tips to organize your bathroom to help keep your bathroom tidy.

5 Easy Tips To Organize Your Bathroom

  1. Keep your counter top clutter-free. Select only a handful of items that you leave out and use daily such as skincare products and pills/vitamins. This will allow you to stay on track with your routine and also keep the countertop neatly organized. In order to create a simple look I use these refillable soap dispensers and canisters for my hand soap and toothbrush.
  2. For drawers, I use dividers and organizers which come in many shapes, sizes and colors. You can keep everything sorted for easy access and you move them around as well if needed. Based on your drawer size, you can stack them as well which will give you even more storage space.

Clear drawer organizers help to keep items easily accessible.

3. Cabinet organization is key when you organize your bathroom. I found that the easiest way to store your items is to use these stackable pull-out shelves. They will quickly double the storage capacity and will grant you easy access to items that might be difficult to reach otherwise. I put all my cleaning supplies/bottles on them, but you can use them to store really anything. For additional items I use baskets for quick access which is a simple way to organize your bathroom.

Storing towels

4. When you store towels on towel racks accessing them can get tricky as you have to step out of the shower most of the time. These suction hooks attach easily to the glass so you can just quickly grab one. I normally put one hanger lower just so the kids can access it as needed and it really helps to avoid ness and keep my bathroom organized.

Baskets are perfect for styling as well as storage.

5. I keep a medium size basket near my bath tub for extra towels. As you might have read in one of my previous blog posts, I utilize baskets throughout my entire home. They are not only a clever way to store and organize, but are also a stylish piece to decorate with and add texture.

I hope my post gave you the tips you needed to organize your bathroom and turn it into a clutter-free space where you can relax after a long day.  If you enjoyed this post you will find more tips here.
